That being said, if cutting-edge high-end graphics is what you're after, Unity's HDRP is best suited for it. In short - you may need to look for alternatives, or reduce the size of your dreams. Minecraft Shaders are a type of modification for Minecraft that change the way the game looks by altering the lighting, shadows, and other graphical effects. Even making your own shaders for a Minecraft-like clone would still require some serious technical know-how. Point is - unless you are a shader engineer, replicating these effects (and getting even marginal performance) for anything but a voxel-game would be pretty much impossible.
